A 100% Australian owned and operated company. We are now a 1300+ company and continuously growing. Based out of our impressive Bryant & May building in East Richmond, you will play a key role in ensuring all of us got paid in time - no pressure.
No two days are the same, your typical day will involve processing payroll (new recruits, internal movements/ transfers), assisting our employees with their payroll queries, data entry into ADP Payforce, reporting and assisting broader teams with ad hoc requests.
You will be working alongside our external payroll provider, ADP.. In saying that, we will rely on you to do all the groundwork, so expect you to be well versed in using ADP Payforce. It goes without saying that you will have some previous experience processing Payroll and a high attention to detail.
We are all about customer service- you will genuinely care about people and will go out of the way to assist anyone that comes to you with queries.
